As summer blooms, we can expect walkers, runners, rollers and cyclists to crowd the Seawall, and conflicts may well increase. The Neighbourhood Association recently contacted the City to express appreciation for the fully separated bike path and also concern that increasing traffic may be diminishing its safety benefits.
